Software Development Engineer (Java)

About the role

Hepsiburada is looking for a Software Development Engineer specialized in Java to join its technology team. You will contribute to building innovative e‑commerce solutions that serve millions of customers across Turkey and the region.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and release Java‑based microservices and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement features using SpringBoot, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and related technologies.
• Write unit and integration tests (JUnit) and apply TDD and continuous integration practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• 3+ years using SpringBoot, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, SQL, Hazelcast, and microservices architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, Agile/Scrum environments.
