Software Engineer, Performance Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our performance marketing team and create high‑impact playable ads that reach millions of players worldwide. You will work at the intersection of game development and marketing, rapidly iterating and bringing ideas to life.

Key responsibilities

• Build high‑quality playable ads optimized for performance, size, and cross‑device compatibility.
• Design, implement, and iterate on core gameplay mechanics tailored for ad experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, marketing managers, and artists to turn creative concepts into functional ads.
• Rapidly prototype, test new ideas, and own projects end‑to‑end.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and understanding of performance optimization.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing and creative teams.
• 3+ years of industry experience (preferred).

Required skills

• Unity development with C#.
• HTML5 development.
• Experience with AI tools to accelerate development.
• Knowledge of software architecture, OOP, and best practices in game development.
