Software Engineer (Scale-Up Phase / Air Defense Command & Control Systems)

About the role

Atos is expanding its defence‑industry project and seeks a Software Engineer to join the team in Ankara. You will work on large‑scale, cutting‑edge command and control systems for air‑defence, contributing to high‑impact solutions in a secure digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software components according to functional and technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and help improve overall code quality.
• Develop unit tests and support integration testing activities.
• Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 4–7 years of proven software development experience.
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD and DevOps concepts.
