About the role
Join Siemens Healthineers as a Software Installation Engineer to support oncology information systems across the EMEA region. You will work on‑site to install, upgrade and hand over critical software solutions that directly impact patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Perform on‑site installation and upgrades of Oncology Information Systems and related equipment, typically lasting one week per site.
- Travel 50–75% of the time across the EMEA region, including weekend upgrades to minimise clinical disruption.
Required profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong willingness and ability to travel extensively and work independently under time‑sensitive conditions.
Required skills
- Knowledge of VMWare, Citrix, Windows Server/Client technologies.
- Experience with Domains, Active Directory, MS SQL and system‑level troubleshooting.
