About the role
Ekin, a global technology company delivering smart city and public safety solutions, is looking for a Software Test Engineer to join its growing team. You will be responsible for designing and executing test scenarios that meet international standards and ensuring the quality of web and mobile applications.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare test scenarios according to international test standards and execute them.
- Conduct business product review activities and report test results.
- Identify, analyze, and document defects, providing recommendations for fine‑tuning.
- Track errors and generate comprehensive test reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in test engineering.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to travel without restrictions.
Required skills
- Experience with automated UI test tools such as Appium, Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework.
- Knowledge of Linux operating system and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Programming skills in Python, Java or other object‑oriented languages.
