Solution Architect

About the role

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a Solution Architect to design and evolve technology platforms that power one of Europe’s most innovative banking networks. You will translate complex business challenges into scalable, secure solutions and help shape the future state of critical banking platforms across ING’s international ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, domain architects, engineers and business stakeholders to define end‑to‑end architectures.
• Design and document solutions that align with ING’s architectural principles, strategic roadmap and security standards.
• Contribute to large‑scale transformation programs, API‑driven ecosystems, microservices platforms and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Support engineering teams in delivering reliable, maintainable and future‑ready solutions.
• Ensure that designs are reusable across ING’s global banking network, impacting millions of customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of experience designing and delivering enterprise‑scale technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of banking or financial services domain and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid, internationally distributed environment.
• Excellent communication skills to convey architectural decisions to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
