Sourcing Manager – Luxury Fashion

About the role

Beymen Group, a leading luxury fashion retailer in Turkey, is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing initiatives across its extensive brand portfolio. The role demands a passionate, creative professional who embraces continuous learning and prioritises customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with seasonal and collection requirements.
• Manage relationships with domestic and international suppliers, negotiating pricing, payment terms, MOQ, and lead times.
• Conduct cost analyses, drive cost‑optimization initiatives, and monitor supplier performance against quality, cost, capacity and delivery criteria.
• Coordinate with design, product, merchandising, planning, purchasing, quality and operations teams throughout sampling, prototyping and product development.
• Analyse supply‑chain risks, develop alternative sourcing options and monitor trends in menswear, textiles and global sourcing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, supply‑chain or manufacturing, preferably in apparel, fashion or retail.
• Proven track record managing domestic and international suppliers and strong knowledge of textile and apparel manufacturing processes.
• Excellent analytical, planning and organisational skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
