Sprinter and Cargo Van Owner Operators

About the role

We are expanding our expedited transportation network and need reliable Owner Operators with their own Sprinter van, cargo van, or small box truck. You will work independently while receiving support from an experienced dispatch team to secure quality freight.

Key responsibilities

• Locate and accept freight loads through our dispatch platform.
• Deliver shipments safely and on time, covering regional routes of at least 300 miles and OTR trips.
• Respond promptly to calls and text messages from dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, well‑kept vehicle that meets size and age requirements.
• Use navigation and freight‑tracking tools to plan routes and report status.

Required profile

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Minimum 6 months of transportation, delivery, or freight experience.
• Willingness to drive regional routes of 300 + miles and OTR assignments.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1) and strong communication skills.
• TWIC, TSA, or HAZMAT qualification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Maps for navigation.
• Experience using MacroPoint for freight tracking.
• Familiarity with Trucker Tools or similar logistics platforms.
