OTR Sprinter Van Owner Operator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced OTR Sprinter Van Owner Operator to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety record, reliable delivery performance, and the ability to manage their own schedule while communicating effectively with dispatch.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete all paperwork for the truck manifest on each trip.
• Transport deliveries safely and on time to designated destinations.
• Verify shipping loads against paperwork and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.
• Plan the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of routes and travel times in compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
• Inspect and maintain the Sprinter van and related equipment to guarantee safe operation.
• Perform material handling duties during loading and unloading as needed.

Required profile

• Demonstrated history of clean, safe driving and dependable on‑time deliveries.
• Strong communication skills for clear interaction with dispatch and customers.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

Required skills

• Valid commercial driver’s license appropriate for OTR Sprinter van operations.
• Proficiency in vehicle inspection and routine maintenance.
• Experience with material handling and load securing.
