Stock and Warehouse Specialist

About the role

The Stock and Warehouse Specialist ensures smooth inbound and outbound flow of materials and equipment at Nobel Biocare. You will manage daily shipments, process returns, fulfill customer orders and keep inventory records accurate, supporting timely deliveries and regulatory compliance. The role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations and meeting internal and external standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record all incoming products and materials.
• Prepare, package and document outgoing shipments, ensuring correct condition and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate stock movements in the warehouse management system.
• Pick, pack and generate documentation for customer orders based on stock availability.
• Coordinate with courier companies, track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Handle international order requests, verify quantities and accuracy of incoming shipments.
• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with internal procedures and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address operational challenges promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in logistics or warehouse management.
• Experience in warehouse or inventory management, ideally in healthcare or a related sector.
• Analytical thinking, result‑oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to generate accurate operational reports.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
