About the role

Alliance Healthcare is looking for a motivated Stock Officer to join its Samsun pharmacy warehouse. The role involves handling incoming products, maintaining proper storage conditions, and supporting shelf replenishment to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Transport incoming goods to the stock area using a forklift or pallet truck.
• Store products by batch and expiry date, applying a “first‑expire‑first‑out” principle.
• Fulfill shelf‑replenishment orders and perform back‑stocking for the aisle team.
• Place items in designated zones (medicines, non‑medicines, controlled items, cold‑chain products) following internal procedures.
• Monitor temperature and humidity devices and report any alerts to the unit manager.
• Keep the stock area clean and hygienic.
• Perform regular maintenance on forklifts and pallet trucks.
• Participate in periodic physical inventory counts.

Required profile

• At least a high‑school diploma.
• Preferably prior experience in warehouse operations.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Male candidates must be exempt from military service.
• Resident of Samsun or able to relocate there.
