Strategic Account Manager – Enterprise (MMEA/Turkey)

About the role

TrendAI™ is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to drive sales of Trend Micro security solutions within major enterprise accounts across the MMEA region, focusing on Turkey. You will act as the trusted advisor for customers, shaping their cybersecurity strategy while partnering with resellers and system integrators.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned enterprise accounts, develop and execute account plans aligned with the Client Value Proposition.
• Identify customer needs, business initiatives and provide advisory guidance on IT and cybersecurity goals.
• Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams (technical, marketing, regional account managers) to deliver solutions.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, account plans and update Salesforce with relevant information.
• Participate in industry events and promote Trend Micro activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of account management experience in IT or security solution companies.
• Proven experience selling to Oil & Gas, Government, BFSI or commercial sectors.
• Ability to engage C‑level executives and manage large‑account sales cycles.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cybersecurity, networking and IT product portfolios.
• Understanding of virtualization and cloud‑based solutions.
• Familiarity with competitive security offerings.
• Experience using Salesforce for account management.
