Strategic Insights & Planning Partner

About the role

Roche is looking for a Strategic Insights & Planning Partner in Istanbul. The role is pivotal in driving specialized capabilities and developing a deep understanding of brands, market dynamics, customer and stakeholder profiles, and their needs and expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and manage primary and secondary market research projects (qualitative and quantitative) and end-to-end agency relationships to deliver market, product and competitive insights.
• Partner with Therapeutic Area teams to generate actionable product-level insights and competitive intelligence.
• Act as the main contact for strategic insights across all affiliate disease areas.
• Create new data and insight sources, making sure all processes are measurable.
• Foster a data-driven decision-making culture and support analytics development to improve customer engagement.
• Support the Business Excellence team and identify new data sources to highlight business needs across disease areas.
• Streamline and automate insight processes, and help resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and advise on critical decisions to safeguard sustainability and license to operate.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and relevant professional experience in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, consultancy or market research.
• Strong command and hands-on experience in qualitative and quantitative market research methods.
• Proven ability to work in networked organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English and willingness to thrive in an agile, trust-based, self-led organization.
