Strategy & Operations Manager – Security Solutions

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager for its Security Solutions organization in the EEMEA region. The role will act as a strategic business partner, turning data into actionable insights, managing executive reporting, and supporting commercialization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the operating cadence for the region, including executive scorecards, KPI tracking, MBR/QBR preparation, and business reviews.
• Support strategic planning by collaborating with finance, sales, and customer success teams, tracking initiatives, regional goals, OKRs, and investment prioritization.
• Conduct data analysis and commercial insight work such as opportunity sizing, white‑space analysis, market prioritization, and client segmentation.
• Drive functional operations including workforce planning, process excellence, automation, and executive visit coordination.
• Partner with product, global, and regional services teams to ensure disciplined execution of strategic priorities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, sales/commercial operations, or business operations within a complex commercial environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities, capable of breaking down open‑ended questions, forming hypotheses, and synthesizing large data sets.
• Highly collaborative, intellectually curious, self‑driven, and comfortable working with senior leaders.
