Supply Chain Intern – BOOST 2.0 Program

About the role

Join Lesaffre's BOOST 2.0 program as a Supply Chain Intern in Istanbul. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting material planning, inventory monitoring, and cross‑functional coordination within a global yeast and fermentation leader.

Key responsibilities

• Support material planning and follow‑up of supply availability.
• Assist with inventory monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
• Help with demand and supply planning activities and related data analysis.
• Prepare and update supply chain performance reports and indicators.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Logistics and other internal functions.
• Contribute to process‑improvement projects and documentation.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th year student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Interest in supply chain, logistics, planning and operational processes.
• Comfortable working with numbers, data analysis and reporting.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, responsible and eager to learn.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Available for a long‑term internship, at least 2 days per week on site.
