Supply Chain Process and Systems Analyst

About the role

A leading company in the Food & Beverage Services field is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and quality-oriented colleague to join its Head Office team as Supply Chain Process and Systems Analyst. The role covers the analysis, improvement and standardization of supply chain processes, the use of supporting systems and the management of supply chain projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, improve and standardize supply chain processes
• Ensure effective use of systems supporting processes and manage development requests based on user needs
• Analyze data through ERP and other systems and prepare reports
• Analyze process and system issues and develop solution proposals
• Manage and guide supply chain projects, or represent the department in supply chain projects
• Carry out analysis, testing and go-live activities within project and change management
• Improve process and system performance by coordinating with business units
• Ensure efficient execution of procurement, planning, logistics, import and export processes through the ERP system
• Identify opportunities to raise ERP knowledge and capabilities across the supply chain function and other departments
• Identify system development opportunities to meet segregation of duties (SoD) requirements and implement prioritized actions with stakeholders
• Standardize practices across regions and branches, report exceptions and implement corrective actions

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain processes, business analysis or system management
• Knowledge and experience of ERP systems and business process management
• Project management experience preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, team-oriented with strong coordination and follow-up skills
