Supply Chain Reporting, Controlling and Contract Specialist

About the role

A leading company in the food and beverage services field is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and quality-oriented colleague to join its team as Supply Chain Reporting, Controlling and Contract Specialist, based at its head office. The role covers reporting, performance monitoring and contract oversight across procurement, planning, logistics and foreign trade.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor reports on procurement, planning, logistics and foreign trade processes.
• Develop new performance metrics and reports that improve supply chain functions and processes.
• Monitor, analyse and report departmental KPIs to management, and track target versus actual performance with variance analyses.
• Support data collection and analysis of operational performance metrics.
• Identify master data requirements, research data sources and share system development needs with management.
• Ensure regular monitoring of contracts, price lists and supplier documentation.
• Support reporting and documentation for import and export processes.
• Analyse logistics costs, inventory levels and delivery performance.
• Monitor data accuracy in ERP and reporting systems.
• Take part in process improvement projects and support interdepartmental coordination and follow-up of operational processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Foreign Trade or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics or planning (preferred).
• Proficiency in reporting and data analysis, and competence in contract review and preparation.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and follow-up skills, with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
• Good written and verbal communication and team coordination skills.
• English proficiency preferred.

• ERP systems such as SAP, Logo or Netsis (preferred)
