Supply Planning Specialist

About the role

The Supply Planning Specialist will own production planning for selected SKUs across manufacturing assets. You will develop short‑ and long‑term supply plans, coordinate with plant operations, suppliers and demand teams, and ensure accurate information flow for seamless execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end short‑ and long‑term supply chain plans for internally and externally produced items.
• Meet KPIs such as customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and drive continuous improvement of the supply plan.
• Maintain data integrity in planning systems.
• Generate master schedules, detailed schedules, capacity plans, and material requirement plans using system tools.
• Support and implement planning improvements to enhance fill rate, inventory levels, and waste objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in an FMCG/CPG environment, preferably food or other fast‑moving industry with shelf‑life constraints.
• Background in an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) environment.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive key priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Team player comfortable working daily with multiple functions.
