System, Infrastructure & Security Solution Partner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Partner to join our System, Infrastructure & Security Management team. You will design, implement and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure while ensuring robust security and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune, endpoint protection, EDR/XDR, email security and DLP solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi/vCenter and Hyper‑V.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, storage systems and Windows File Servers.
• Oversee network infrastructure – switches, firewalls, VPNs and wireless networks.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, coordinate remediation and support ISO 27001 compliance.
• Maintain SSL/TLS certificates, PKI infrastructure and produce technical documentation.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support and participate in IT projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 3‑5 years of system administration and cybersecurity experience.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
