About the role

Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi, a global leader in the wooden panel industry, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to join its Global Human Resources Directorate in Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and use sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
Define job descriptions and competency criteria in partnership with hiring managers.
Prepare recruitment reports and ensure accurate data flow in HR systems.
Oversee assessment and development centre programmes, including vendor selection and tool implementation.
Support global HR projects related to purpose, EVP, and internal communication strategies.

Required profile

Bachelor's or MA degree in a related field.
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in consultancy.
Completed military service for male candidates.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
