Talent Acquisition & HR Partnering Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Partnering Specialist to join the Human Resources Directorate of Koç University. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, enhance employer branding, and serve as a trusted advisor on culture, engagement and employee experience for both academic and administrative units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment: need analysis, job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Identify and implement innovative sourcing channels and digital assessment tools.
• Support employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines through career fairs, alumni networks and university collaborations.
• Utilise digital recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Kariyer.net.
• Prepare recruitment reports and conduct data‑driven analysis.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to assess staffing needs.
• Assist with onboarding, development programs and HR policy implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on recruitment experience.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment methods and digital screening/assessment tools.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning and follow‑up abilities.
• Collaborative, solution‑oriented and results‑driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good command of English and openness to develop as an HR Business Partner.
