Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

Vivax is a Turkish medical-AI company building clinical world models, a native medical large language model, surgical intelligence, smart campus systems and digital health products. It is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to source, screen and welcome candidates into the team.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates across universities and professional networks
• Run first-pass screening calls and coordinate interview logistics
• Help maintain the candidate pipeline and reporting
• Improve onboarding and the candidate experience

Required profile

• Strong people skills and clear written communication
• Care for candidate experience and follow-through
• Bonus: prior recruiting or community-management exposure

Required skills

• Comfort with spreadsheets
• Basic familiarity with CRMs and ATSs
