Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Specialist

About the role

Servet, a leading premium confectionery brand in Turkey, is scaling its operations across retail, production, and e‑commerce. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Specialist to drive recruitment, onboarding, learning, and organizational initiatives that support our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for retail, production, operations, and professional roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and build talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Own the onboarding journey, deliver orientation sessions, coordinate department‑specific onboarding, and gather feedback to improve the experience.
• Coordinate internal and external training activities, support annual training plans, track participation, and maintain training documentation.
• Contribute to organizational design, job analysis, job descriptions, and maintain organizational charts.
• Support competency, performance, talent, and career management practices and drive HR process standardization and digitalization.
• Analyze HR data, produce reports, and provide insights to the HR Director.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and full‑cycle recruitment.
• Experience managing onboarding programs and employee experience initiatives.
• Background in coordinating learning & development activities.
• Familiarity with organizational development, job analysis, and HR process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills for HR data reporting.
