Talent Development and Internal Communications Executive

About the role

Unifree Duty Free is seeking a senior professional to lead talent development and internal communications across its airport retail operations. The role will shape learning programs, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives to support a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify organisational development needs and create annual learning and development plans.
• Design, develop and manage competency, talent and leadership development programmes.
• Measure the impact of learning initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute the internal communications strategy, content calendar and employee communication channels.
• Plan and deliver communication projects that boost employee engagement and sense of belonging.
• Create and implement employer branding strategies, including career communications, social media, university partnerships and early‑talent programmes.
• Monitor employee feedback, analyse performance indicators and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Stay current with People & Culture trends and introduce innovative approaches aligned with business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in talent development, learning & development, internal communications or employer branding.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven project‑management, planning and organisational skills.
