Talent & People Manager

About the role

Okul.com.tr is seeking a Talent & People Manager to drive the company’s rapid growth by attracting top talent and shaping a high‑performing culture. This role goes beyond traditional recruitment, encompassing organization development, employee experience, and cultural initiatives across all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end hiring for Sales, Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations and corporate teams.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles, especially B2B sales professionals and software engineers (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, AI, Data, Product).
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking and industry communities.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, improve quality and reduce time‑to‑hire.
• Develop recruiting metrics and a scalable hiring engine while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Collaborate with leadership on organizational design, role definitions and workforce planning.
• Define career paths, support performance management, promotions and employee development.
• Design and continuously improve onboarding, engagement and overall employee experience initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading talent acquisition for both sales and technology functions.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Ability to think strategically about organization development and culture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
