Team Leader Mechanical

About the role

Damen is looking for a Team Leader Mechanical in Antalya who delivers mechanical engineering outputs on time and with high quality while leading a team of mechanical engineers. The role combines hands-on engineering with team coordination across project activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily mechanical engineering activities
• Support project planning, scheduling and reporting
• Review and validate mechanical engineering deliverables
• Perform complex mechanical design and modelling (piping, HVAC, cable trays)
• Prepare drawings, calculations and technical documentation
• Coordinate outsourced engineering activities
• Generate workshop information and support production and commissioning
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of yacht mechanical systems and engineering processes
• Good command of English
• Based in or willing to relocate to Antalya and willing to travel abroad
• No military obligation (for male candidates)
