About the role
We are seeking a Technical Consultant to provide on‑site technical and application support for our biomedical customers in Turkey. The role involves ensuring equipment reliability, delivering regular maintenance, and gathering market insights to help shape our product strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical and application support to customers, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.
- Perform scheduled maintenance services on biomedical equipment and document activities.
- Collect local market information, analyse trends, and produce regular reports for internal stakeholders.
- Travel on short‑term assignments to other cities or nearby countries as required.
Required profile
- Educational background in biomedical sciences or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience working in the in‑vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry.
- Strong technical expertise with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in English for daily communication.
- Willingness to undertake short‑term business trips.
