Technical Procurement Executive

About the role

The MAC group, which brings together its MAC/One, MACFit, MAC Studio, MACRaw and NuSpa brands, is looking for a Technical Procurement Executive to join its Procurement team at the Ortaköy head office in Istanbul. The role covers end-to-end technical procurement across IT hardware and software, licenses, technology solutions, technical equipment, infrastructure, maintenance and other technical products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical procurement processes, working with departments to align purchases with technical specifications, operational needs, budgets and project requirements.
• Lead supplier research, sourcing, tendering, negotiations, commercial evaluations and supplier selection, balancing quality, cost, service and delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, monitor service levels and build a reliable supplier portfolio.
• Oversee contract negotiations, reviews, renewals and compliance, including software and license agreements, maintenance and support contracts.
• Support new club openings and renovations by coordinating timely procurement and delivery of technical products and services.
• Identify cost optimization, process improvement and standardization opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities and pricing, and track budgets, spending, savings and supplier performance with regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, approval workflows and contractual requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 7 years of procurement experience, including significant technical procurement, preferably with team or process management experience.
• Experience purchasing IT hardware, software, licenses, technology solutions, technical equipment, infrastructure, maintenance and other technical products and services.
• Strong supplier and contract management, tendering, cost analysis, negotiation and cost optimization skills.
• Ability to work with IT, Facilities, Development and Operations teams and turn business needs into procurement solutions.
• Analytical thinking, reporting, budgeting and decision-making skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and procurement systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proactive, strategic and solution-oriented approach with strong communication and stakeholder management.
