Procurement Transformation Project Specialist

About the role

JDE Peet's, a pure-play coffee company owned by Keurig Dr Pepper, is looking for a Project Specialist for a 9-month fixed-term assignment. The role drives the regional implementation of its global Procurement Transformation Program, which combines procurement outsourcing (BPO) and digital procurement solutions. You will be the key link between global and regional teams, ensuring project execution, stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness and sustainable adoption of new processes and digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end regional implementation of the program, aligned with global objectives, standards and timelines.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks and mitigation actions.
• Act as the main interface between Global Procurement, regional stakeholders, local business teams and external partners.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, governance and communication across Procurement, Finance, IT and Business Units.
• Monitor progress, KPIs and deliverables, reporting regularly to local and global leadership.
• Lead change management, including impact assessments, communication, training and stakeholder readiness.
• Coordinate go-live planning and execution for a smooth transition to new processes and digital solutions.
• Ensure timely collection, validation and delivery of local data, business requirements and process inputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, procurement or business transformation roles.
• Proven experience in global and matrix organizations managing multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Experience in procurement transformation, outsourcing (BPO) or digital transformation projects is a strong plus.
