Technical Procurement Supervisor

About the role

Mavi, a global lifestyle brand founded in 1991 in Istanbul and publicly traded since 2017, is looking for a Technical Procurement Supervisor to join its Indirect Procurement team. The role covers procurement for store openings, renovations and investment projects, including construction, maintenance, architectural, mechanical and electrical works.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for store openings, renovations and investment projects, including construction, maintenance, architectural, mechanical and electrical works.
• Collect supplier quotations and carry out technical and commercial evaluations.
• Perform cost analyses, identify savings opportunities and develop efficiency initiatives.
• Handle contract renewals, price adjustments and commercial negotiations.
• Support procurement for insurance services and fleet leasing.
• Evaluate supplier performance, manage vendor relationships and develop alternative sourcing strategies.
• Work with Legal, Finance and business teams to complete procurement and contract processes.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contribute to process improvements.
• Run category-based spend analyses and report regularly to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in indirect procurement.
• Hands-on experience in technical services procurement, with knowledge of investment budgets and progress payments.
• Experience in contract management, supplier negotiations and vendor relationship management, including SLA and KPI management.
• Preferred: retail experience, SAP procurement modules, fleet management or insurance procurement experience, good English, valid driver's license and active driving experience.
