About the role
Solventum is seeking an experienced Trade Operations Analyst to support customs operations in Turkey and the Middle East, primarily the UAE. The role focuses on monitoring, analysing, and reporting trade activities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customs authorities in Turkey and other Middle Eastern countries.
- Maintain audit‑ready files and data for imports and exports, responding to internal audit requests.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, Transport, Customer Services and Relations teams.
- Monitor material and product movement across the EMEA region to ensure safe, efficient delivery, receipt, and storage.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Customs Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3‑7 years of experience with international trade regulations and customs requirements for medical product imports/exports.
- Fluent in written and spoken Turkish and English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong mathematical and data‑analysis abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP/GTS.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Data analytics and reporting.
