About the role
Solventum is seeking an experienced Trade Operations Analyst to support customs operations in Turkey and the Middle East region. The role is remote, based in Turkey, and involves ensuring cost‑effective, productive, and efficient trade processes.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customs authorities in Turkey and other Middle East countries.
- Maintain audit‑ready files and data for imports and exports, and respond to internal audit requests.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, Transport, Customer Services and Customer Relations teams.
- Monitor material and product movement efficiency within and outside the EMEA region to ensure safe and timely delivery, receipt, and storage.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Customs Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 3‑7 years of experience with international trade regulations and customs requirements for medical product import/export.
- Strong communication skills in Turkish and English; Arabic is a plus.
- High‑level mathematical and data‑analytics abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP/GTS.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Data analysis and reporting.
