Training Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Training Manager to lead the design and delivery of retail sales training programs within the luxury cosmetics sector. The role focuses on enhancing product knowledge, selling techniques, and overall customer experience across skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute training strategies aligned with business objectives and global standards.
• Deliver engaging training sessions for retail teams, covering product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with global and cross‑functional teams to localise training initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs and continuously improve learning programs.
• Coach field teams, identify development opportunities, and drive retail performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, product innovations, and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in Training/Learning & Development within luxury cosmetics or beauty.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup and fragrance categories.
• Proven experience designing and delivering retail sales training programs.
• Demonstrated ability to improve sales capability and customer experience.
• Experience working with global teams and adapting initiatives to local markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel as required.
