Training Technician (1‑Year Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Training Technician to join our partner in Adana (Yüreğir). You will design, deliver and manage safety and quality training programs for employees, contractors and external partners across plant, field and warehouse environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate engaging training sessions on safety standards, QMS, continuous improvement and standard work.
• Maintain accurate training records, documentation and reporting, including LMS administration.
• Develop hands‑on training materials, conduct field sessions such as forklift operation, fall protection and area orientations.
• Act as a stand‑in Safety Supervisor and liaison with contract labor agencies to ensure compliance.
• Perform operational tasks that vary with seasonal demands and conduct regular line walks to support teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in EH&S and quality training within manufacturing, agriculture or warehousing.
• Advanced spoken and written English for communication with international stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of LEAN principles, 5S, continuous improvement and standardized work.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons and to reside in or relocate to Adana.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training delivery and tracking.
• Practical knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing tools, 5S and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with agricultural and field equipment such as tractors, plows and forklifts.
