New Graduate Production Engineer (20-Month Contract)

About the role

PepsiCo is looking for a New Graduate Production Engineer to join its Adana plant. The role reports directly to the Plant Production Manager and offers hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, with learning of the processes, collaboration with other teams and contribution to continuous improvement. It is a 20-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily production activities and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end manufacturing processes.
• Follow key production indicators on safety, quality, efficiency and waste, and support performance reporting and analysis.
• Take part in root cause analysis and continuous improvement with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
• Contribute to Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and productivity initiatives, and propose new ideas and technologies for safer, simpler and more efficient production.
• Collaborate with plant functions on cross-functional improvement projects and take part in daily production meetings and shop-floor activities.
• Ensure compliance with PepsiCo standards on safety, quality, food safety and environment, and work with operators to identify operational losses and improve line performance.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or professional with a maximum of 2 years of working experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Chemical or Food Engineering.
• Fluent in both English and Turkish.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills.
• Eager to learn, curious and adaptable to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Interest in continuous improvement, innovation and new technologies in manufacturing.
