UI/UX Designer

About the role

PlusMinusOne is a mobile startup studio looking for an exceptional UI/UX Designer to shape the future of mobile experiences for millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Transform low‑ and high‑fidelity wireframes into complete user interfaces, including layouts, color palettes, typography, UI elements, micro‑interactions and icons.
• Work within functional, interaction and technical constraints iteratively across product and feature phases.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and reusable design systems.
• Contribute hands‑on within a multidisciplinary team of designers, product managers, growth marketers, engineers and QA.
• Identify product‑improvement opportunities from user feedback and internal insights.
• Stay ahead of design and AI‑tooling trends, continuously leveling up your craft.

Required profile

• Hands‑on designer comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive in spotting improvement opportunities and implementing design enhancements.
• Passionate about staying current with emerging design and AI tools.
