Video & Live Production Manager

About the role

Jotform is seeking a hands‑on Video & Live Production Manager to direct live broadcasts, webinars, product launches and brand videos. You will lead the internal video function, build a best‑in‑class live production capability and ensure premium quality across all video content.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end live production, including control‑room operations, multi‑camera switching, audio mixing and streaming workflows.
• Direct webinars and recorded sessions, turning live events into a library of assets.
• Partner with Product, Growth and Marketing on launch video strategy and execution.
• Set visual direction for brand campaigns, customer stories and social content.
• Plan and supervise camera, lighting and crew setups to maintain visual consistency.
• Maintain studio readiness, equipment inventory and safety standards.
• Develop repeatable workflows, style guides and equipment standards.
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve live and recorded content.

Required profile

• 7+ years in video production, with at least 3 years leading teams or a live production function.
• Proven experience directing live broadcasts and managing control‑room environments.
• Strong portfolio of live and story‑driven video work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple departments.

Required skills

• Live production tools such as ATEM, vMix, OBS, StreamYard, Zoom Events or similar.
• Camera, lighting and grip equipment knowledge.
• Motion graphics, animation and product demo video creation.
• Familiarity with video analytics platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, HubSpot).
