Warehouse & Distribution & e-Commerce Management Trainee

About the role

This trainee position offers early‑career talent the chance to work in the Operations Department, gaining hands‑on experience across warehouse, bonded warehouse, distribution and e‑commerce activities. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support daily operations and develop a solid foundation in online retail and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse, bonded warehouse, distribution and e‑commerce operations to ensure continuity and service excellence.
• Execute material movement transactions in SAP, including inter‑location transfers, store returns and inventory adjustments.
• Assist order fulfillment, coordinating between warehouse, logistics and e‑commerce teams.
• Handle marketplace operations, tracking orders, returns, cancellations and customer requests.
• Manage customer compensation and claim processes on e‑commerce marketplaces.
• Monitor cargo performance, investigate delivery issues and coordinate transportation appointments.
• Support weekly volume and stock reconciliations and control logistics‑related invoices.
• Prepare operational reports to improve stock accuracy, service levels and process efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or final‑year student in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• Internship or project experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain or e‑commerce is a plus.
• Strong interest in e‑commerce, online retail and marketplace operations.
• Excellent coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Availability to work five days a week.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting, basic data analysis).
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
