Warehouse Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to manage the storage and flow of CNC machines, spare parts and related accessories. The role involves hands‑on handling of equipment, ensuring accurate inventory records and supporting service engineers on site.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse management of CNC machines, spare parts and accessories, coordinating loading and unloading activities.
• Perform container unpacking tasks, including dismantling wooden packaging and removing securing nails.
• Maintain accurate outbound inventory documentation and conduct monthly stock counts.
• Collect, review and consolidate service reports and work orders from Service Engineers and authorized distributors.
• Conduct customer follow‑up to assess service quality and gather feedback.
• Provide on‑site operational support to Service Engineers during customer visits, including travel to customer sites and assistance with service activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher education.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, service coordination, logistics or a related role within the manufacturing or machinery industry.
• Physically capable of hands‑on tasks such as unpacking equipment, dismantling wooden crates and handling heavy machinery components.

Required skills
