Warehouse Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Specialist to manage the storage and flow of CNC machines, spare parts and accessories. You will work on‑site, ensuring that equipment is received, unpacked, documented and dispatched accurately while supporting service engineers on customer visits.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations for CNC machines, spare parts and related accessories, coordinating loading and unloading activities.
• Perform hands‑on container unpacking, including dismantling wooden packaging and removing securing nails.
• Maintain outbound inventory records and conduct monthly stock counts to guarantee inventory accuracy.
• Collect, review and consolidate service reports and work orders from Service Engineers and authorized distributors.
• Conduct customer follow‑up to assess service quality and gather feedback.
• Provide on‑site operational support to Service Engineers during customer visits, including travel to client sites.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, service coordination, logistics or a related role within manufacturing or machinery.
• Physically capable of handling heavy components, unpacking equipment and dismantling crates.
