About the role

The Wholesale Beauty Confidant will represent the Chanel brand in Istanbul, delivering a unique and memorable experience to every client across all points of sale. This role blends a strong business orientation with a passion for client care, acting as an ambassador of the brand’s heritage, modernity, and luxury ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a Chanel Ambassador, embodying brand values and maintaining impeccable grooming standards.
• Share in‑depth knowledge of Chanel’s heritage, products, and trends with clients and team members.
• Create personalized, tailor‑made client experiences using Chanel’s ritual and omni‑channel tools.
• Handle client complaints and requests efficiently, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Drive sales performance by achieving targets, leveraging product knowledge, services, and data capture.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic work environment and follow visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with the team, share best practices, and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree with at least 3 years of sales experience in a retail environment; luxury experience is a plus.
• Strong selling skills and performance‑driven mindset.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Eagerness to care for clients and a genuine passion for beauty.
• Technology‑savvy with awareness of digital shopping trends.
