Workforce and Organization Consulting - Senior Associate / Senior Manager

About the role

PwC Türkiye's Workforce and Organization Consulting team offers a comprehensive human resources management solution, working with senior executives and HR teams to manage complex issues, speed up decision-making and improve organizational performance. The team is open to new members at Senior Associate and Senior Manager levels, contributing to project work as well as business and practice development.

Key responsibilities

• Senior Associate: contribute to the design and delivery of tailored HR and organization solutions, plan projects, conduct analyses, research and benchmarking, and prepare client deliverables, reports and presentations
• Senior Associate: work daily with client HR teams, collaborate across competencies and industry teams, research HR and workforce topics and produce analytical reports
• Senior Associate: support business development (proposals and RFPs), practice development and thought leadership, and mentor junior team members
• Senior Manager: lead the design and delivery of HR and organization solutions and lead project scoping, planning, business cases, milestones and risk management
• Senior Manager: lead cross-functional project teams, manage senior stakeholders and communications, and act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and HR leaders
• Senior Manager: lead business development, practice management and thought leadership, and collaborate across competencies and industry teams

Required profile

• Senior Associate: minimum 2 years of experience in HR consulting or HR roles in industry, hands-on experience in areas such as organization design, talent and performance management, workforce planning, HR operating models or HR analytics
• Senior Manager: minimum 8 years of experience, with a proven track record of leading HR projects and transformation programs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field; MA, MSc or MBA is a plus
• Fluent written and spoken English; willingness to travel in Türkiye and abroad

Required skills

• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn data and insights into recommendations
• Communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• For Senior Manager: experience leading and managing project teams, coaching team members, and stakeholder management with senior executives
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of HR technology or HR analytics tools is a plus
