Account Manager – Gaziantep

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join Döhler Türkiye’s Gaziantep office. The role focuses on B2B sales within the food and beverage sector, managing key customer relationships and driving growth for our natural ingredient solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute the annual sales budget while continuously updating sales and demand forecasts.
• Develop and implement sales initiatives and business‑unit projects to generate new opportunities.
• Manage customer projects from inception to delivery, maintaining strong relationships with decision‑makers.
• Evaluate and validate customer requirements to increase loyalty and value.
• Achieve sales, turnover and profit targets, and propose corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide technical support and post‑sale service.
• Promote procedural and organisational improvements in consultation with the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the food or beverage industry.
• Strong problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• No travel restrictions and no mandatory military service for male candidates.
• Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish.
