Sales Representative – Consumer Replacement (Gaziantep)

About the role

The Sales Representative – Consumer Replacement will be responsible for sales activities across Gaziantep, Kahramanmaraş and Şanlıurfa, driving growth and strengthening dealer relationships for a leading tire manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with existing dealers, supporting their development.
• Identify, onboard and nurture new dealers across all brands, consumer groups and commercial segments.
• Maintain a consistent on‑site presence in the region to ensure effective dealer management.
• Monitor dealer performance, provide constructive feedback and deliver training for sales teams.
• Observe market trends, competition and local initiatives, sharing insights with the internal team.
• Communicate marketing and trade‑marketing activities, ensuring dealers are well informed.
• Contribute to financial and market‑share targets through a relationship‑driven approach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or engineering.
• 3–7 years of sales experience in a related industry.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• B‑type driver’s licence.
• Residence in Gaziantep preferred.
