Accounting Specialist (f/m/d)

About the role

Join EagleBurgmann, a global leader in industrial sealing technology, as an Accounting Specialist supporting treasury operations, payments, and month‑end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations, payment processes and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Review payment instructions, support banking documentation and monitor bank accounts for discrepancies.
• Support customer, supplier and inter‑company reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Supply Chain and other departments on invoice and payment matters.
• Assist month‑end closing by providing treasury and accounting data, and support fixed‑asset accounting, expense documentation and insurance records.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax).
• Good understanding of month‑end closing, reconciliations, financial reporting and IFRS.
• Experience with multinational companies, SAP and Shared Service Centers.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
