Accounting Specialist

About the role

The Accounting Specialist will support the finance function by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant recording of all financial transactions. This role works closely with internal business units and external service providers to deliver high‑quality financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations in line with company policies and regulations.
• Record, document, and report all financial transactions accurately.
• Execute monthly financial closing activities and meet reporting deadlines.
• Prepare and submit financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide financial support and partnership to business units.
• Collaborate with third‑party service providers and other TAV Group companies.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives and finance‑related projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, auditing, or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Oracle ERP (considered an asset).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
