Accounting Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to manage and execute day‑to‑day accounting operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The role provides essential financial support to internal stakeholders and collaborates with third‑party service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate recording, documentation, and reporting of financial transactions.
• Perform monthly financial closing activities in a timely and precise manner.
• Prepare and submit financial reports in line with reporting deadlines.
• Provide financial support and act as a business partner to internal units and stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with third‑party service providers and other group companies.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and support finance‑related projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, auditing or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
• High learning agility, problem‑solving ability and excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Oracle ERP (considered an asset).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
