Assistant Brand Manager

About the role

The client, a leading FMCG company in Izmir, is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategies. This role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive growth and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and implementation of annual brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market dynamics and industry trends to inform brand positioning and innovation.
• Collaborate with creative and media agencies to coordinate marketing deliverables and ensure timely execution.
• Participate in product development and packaging improvement projects.
• Evaluate post‑launch performance, analyse results and provide insights and recommendations.
• Work with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to execute brand strategies across sales channels.
• Interpret consumer research findings with the Consumer Insights team.
• Monitor marketing expenditures, manage invoice processes and maintain brand assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Engineering or related field (Master’s in Business Administration is a plus).
• 2–3 years of brand management experience in the FMCG industry.
• Strong motivation to build a career in marketing.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
• No travel restrictions.

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
