Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist

About the role

Cypien AI is seeking a Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist to turn user behavior and campaign data into actionable insights for its Generative Commerce platform. You will collaborate with marketing, growth, and engineering teams to drive data‑driven optimisation across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse user behaviour on web and mobile using first‑party tracking infrastructure.
• Generate insights from digital marketing and campaign performance data for a user base of 10M+ daily active users.
• Perform conversion, funnel and user‑journey analyses, track KPIs and produce performance reports for paid media, SEO, social and other channels.
• Build and maintain dashboards and regular reporting.
• Design A/B tests, analyse results and provide recommendations.
• Own first‑party tracking implementation, ensuring privacy‑compliant data collection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Data Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data or marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and ability to communicate insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Results‑oriented mindset and proficiency in English.

Required skills

• SQL (BigQuery experience a plus).
• Data‑visualisation tools: Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI.
• Microsoft Excel (advanced).
• First‑party data collection/tracking systems (GA4/GTM, server‑side tagging, CDPs).
• Basic knowledge of Python or similar data analysis tools.
