Assistant Manager – Structuring & Derivative Products

About the role

The Assistant Manager will help expand Global Markets business by developing and implementing derivative and structured product solutions, focusing on FX and Rates. You will work across functions to design, price, and launch new offerings while supporting sales and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Expand the derivatives/structured products portfolio and drive digital transformation within Global Markets.
• Design and coordinate end‑to‑end processes, including pricing, workflow, documentation, IT, legal, compliance and tax considerations.
• Prepare marketing, deal documentation, investment and hedging strategies, and regular performance reports.
• Support sales teams in transaction management, pricing, execution and booking of products, and act as product expert for clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, mathematics or related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury sales, financial markets or related areas.
• Strong analytical, strategic and result‑oriented mindset with excellent planning capabilities.
• Fluent English and comfortable working independently and across functions.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
